Shipping & Returns

Our refund policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund nor exchange. 

All orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. If your item is damaged during delivery, please notify us immediately within 48 hours of receipt. For a quicker response contact us at or 470-236-3468 and we will resolve the matter.

Returns: Items needing to be returned due to unsatisfactory of the quality of merchandise may be returned within 10 days for a full refund. All other items may be exchanged for a store credit only. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost of returns and exchanges. If an item has imperfections, please contact us immediately.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (depends of your bank).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Sale or Discounted items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale nor discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: 925B Peachtree St. Suite 387 Atlanta, GA US 30309.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


Orders ship within 2 - 10 days from the date your order is submitted as complete.

You have within 10 days of the delivered date to return your approved purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchanges are based on availability of stock.

Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only. Returns must be returned within 10 days of the date delivered. Ndulge will not accept any returns after 10 days.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from, oil, perfume, makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Ndulge In You & product tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receiving or it will not be refunded. If you believe you have received an incorrect merchandise, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

- A tracking status deemed "delivered" by the carrier will serve as proof of delivery for all orders. Ndulge In You is not responsible for lost or stolen claims once proof of delivery is confirmed.

- Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer and service fees are nonrefundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

- When placing orders, be sure to enter a complete and accurate shipping address. The most common reason for undelivered shipments is the omitting of an apartment or unit number. Items returned to sender will be subject to a re-ship fee at cost to the customer.

- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracking shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item..
